Your tour begins with pickup from your hotel in Siem Reap at approximately 7:30–8:00 AM. We travel through the peaceful Cambodian countryside toward Koh Ker, the former 10th-century capital of the Khmer Empire.

At Koh Ker, we explore the main highlights, including Prasat Thom, the impressive seven-tiered Prasat Prang pyramid, Prasat Neang Khmau, and several ancient Linga temples. Your guide will share the history of this remarkable royal capital while you discover its monuments surrounded by quiet forest.

After exploring Koh Ker, we stop for lunch at a local restaurant before continuing our journey.

In the afternoon, we visit Beng Mealea, one of Cambodia’s most atmospheric jungle temples. Hidden among dense forest, it is famous for its massive sandstone blocks, collapsed galleries, ancient passageways, and large tree roots growing through the ruins.

Much of Beng Mealea remains in a natural, unrestored state, creating the feeling of discovering a lost temple in the jungle. Wooden walkways allow you to explore different areas while your guide explains the temple’s architecture, religious symbolism, and connection to the Angkor period.

After completing the tour, we return to Siem Reap and drop you off at your hotel in the late afternoon.
