Your tour begins with pickup from your hotel in Siem Reap at approximately 8:00 AM. We will leave the city behind and travel through the Cambodian countryside toward Kampong Phluk Floating Village on Tonlé Sap Lake, enjoying views of rice fields, local homes, and rural life along the way.

At Kampong Phluk, we will board a traditional wooden boat and explore the local community. You will see tall stilt houses, schools, fishing activities, and everyday life along the water while learning how local families adapt to the seasonal rise and fall of Tonlé Sap Lake.

After the boat trip, we will return to Siem Reap around midday and stop for lunch at a local restaurant, where you can relax before continuing the afternoon program.

In the afternoon, we begin our city tour at the Royal Residence and Royal Gardens, a peaceful area in the heart of Siem Reap. Here, your guide will share local stories and introduce you to the cultural importance of this part of the city.

Next, we visit Artisans Angkor, where you can discover traditional Khmer craftsmanship and watch skilled local artisans creating beautiful pieces inspired by Cambodia’s artistic heritage.

We then continue to the Old Market (Phsar Chas), one of the liveliest areas of Siem Reap. Walk through colorful stalls filled with souvenirs, handicrafts, spices, textiles, local products, and everyday goods while experiencing the atmosphere of a traditional Cambodian market.

After completing the tour, we will return to your hotel in Siem Reap in the late afternoon, bringing together a memorable day of local life, culture, countryside, and the unique floating community of Kampong Phluk.
